Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. Gifts If you are giving the item purchased as a gift or if you received an item from us as a gift, and need to have it changed to a proper size or type, please send us a photo of the order receipt together with the photo of the item to be exchanged through thenestaph@gmail.com Unfortunately, items given as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
