WAIVER & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By renting the product from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Deposit Collection:

A cash deposit of 5,000 pesos will be collected upon pickup and inspection of the rented gear.
The deposit will be returned upon drop off of the rented gear, provided it is washed, cleaned, and in the same undamaged condition as agreed upon.

Store Location:

Our store is conveniently located at 214 C Don Miguel St, Brgy West Greenhills, San Juan.
We are open daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
In the event that the store is closed due to holidays or force majeure, the daily penalty for return delay will be waived.

Late Return Policy:

A penalty of 1,000 pesos per day will be deducted from the cash deposit for each day of delay in returning the rented gear.
It is essential to return the gear on or before the agreed-upon date to avoid additional charges.

Damage Inspection:

Upon return, the rented gear will be thoroughly inspected for any damages that were not visible during the initial pickup inspection.
Damages, if any, will be subject to fees determined by the management, which will be deducted from the deposit. The exact amount will be decided by the management.

By acknowledging, you confirm that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions. You acknowledge your responsibility to adhere to these terms during the rental period and agree to comply with them accordingly.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept return item due to change of mind. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thenestaph@gmail.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. Gifts If you are giving the item purchased as a gift or if you received an item from us as a gift, and need to have it changed to a proper size or type, please send us a photo of the order receipt together with the photo of the item to be exchanged through thenestaph@gmail.com Unfortunately, items given as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item. Shipping To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Tiffany Tuazon The Nest Attachment Parenting Hub, 214c Don Miguel St., San Juan City. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
